Deixar a massa de lado por 10 minutos, num lugar sem ventilação e umidade, com um pano encima da tijela. Com o trigo restanto, fazer uma nova massa, acrescentar a pitada de sal, a margarina e o ovo e misturar bem até a massa se soltar da tijela. Colocar esta segunda massa, coberta por um pano, num lugar sem ventilação e sem umidade por 20 minutos. Esquentar o forno para a temperatura máxima. Cortar as cebolas em rodelas finas. Cortar o bacon em pequenos cubicos. Juntar numa panela e os refogar, adicionando o cominho, pimenta e nos moscada a gosto. Colocar um pouco de margarina numa forma redonda (de pizza). Colocar a massa esticada encima e fazer uma borda. Colocar os cebolas. Misturar os ovos com a nata e colocar tudo encima.
